The International Network of Golf celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2015, and to kick off the celebration, we will lead you on a stroll through history.
Over the next few months the ING staff will post a “25 Years Ago” fact on its Facebook page. Items will include Tour winners, political facts, interesting tidbits from the entertainment industry, prices and more.
For instance, 25 years ago this week we were planning the first ING Conference at Port Royal Plantation on Hilton Head Island. Back then the group was known as the National Golf Reporters Association, and approximately 60 people attended that first event.
