All nominations for the the 24th Annual ING Industry Honors awards program must submitted by Nov. 2 in order to be eligible for this year’s contest.

The non-profit International Network of Golf conducts the contest, recognizing outstanding work and accomplishments in a dozen categories related to the golf industry.

Five of the categories fall under Product Ingenuity, consisting of various product segments and company sizes. The other categories cover TV commercials, print advertising, video and digital marketing, business achievement and player development.

Category descriptions and past winners can be found on the ING website – www.inggolf.com – under the Awards menu option. Nominations can come from anyone in the golf industry. Nominees do not have to be members of the ING.

To make a nomination, simply write a description of up to 100 words detailing why the person, product or company is worthy of consideration, and send that via email to ING Executive Director Mike Jamison (mike@jamisongolf.com) or ING Industry Honors Committee Chair Holly Geoghegan (holly@golfmarketinginc.com).

Sub-committees consisting of experts in the respective categories will review nominations and trim the list to the top three in each category, creating the Final Ballot. ING members will then vote on the Final Ballot. Nominees will be honored and winners announced at the ING Industry Honors Presentation Press Conference in January at the PGA Merchandise Show.

ING is the golf industry’s only media-based networking organization. “ING is where media and the golf industry connect.”

The 28th Annual ING Spring Conference is scheduled for May 19-23 at the SEVEN Sebring Raceway Hotel Hotel & Conference Center in Sebring, FL

Anyone in the media or golf industry is invited to join. For more information, call 407-328-0500, or visit www.inggolf.com.
