Rev your engines for trackside fun after the 29th Annual ING Spring Conference. For ING conference attendees who want to add more ‘ING’ to their “Sebr-ING” visit, you won’t want to miss the special Drag Racing event at Sebring International Raceway scheduled for the evening of Thursday, May 23.
The ING Spring Conference will take place May 19-23 at the SEVEN Sebring Raceway Hotel & Conference Center in Sebring. The hotel overlooks the world-famous Sebring International Speedway, and attendees who extend their hotel stay until Friday (May 24) will have the opportunity to experience drag racing (even drag race a vehicle themselves) at the renowned speedway on Thursday night.
“Our area has so much to offer, along with the outstanding golf they will experience during their stay,” said Casey Hartt, who oversees marketing for Visit Sebring. “The area offers a variety of nature, agritourism, art, culture and water-based activities and attractions.”
Along with participating in or watching the drag racing Thursday night at Sebring International Raceway, attendees who extend their stay have several choices to fill their day on Thursday:
- Golf at one of the courses not utilized during the conference
- Trophy bass fishing
- Airboat ride along Arbuckle Creek
- Visit to Highlands Hammock State Park
- Sugar Sand Distillery
- Henscratch Farms Winery & Vineyard
- Maxwell Groves
- Archbold Biological Station
- Sebring Soda & Ice Cream Works
- Lake Placid Murals.
When making travel plans for the ING Spring Conference, be sure to extend your stay until Friday so you don’t miss the fun and excitement of an extra day in Sebring, Florida’s off-the-beaten path destination. Details on planning your Thursday activities will follow as we draw nearer to the conference.
