Back9Network, the golf lifestyle multiplatform media network, announced today that advertising sales and marketing executive, Stephen Higgins will join the network as Vice President of Advertising Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Back9Network, he was the National Director of Digital Sales at American Media Inc., overseeing both MEN’SFITNESS.com and Muscle&Fitness.com, achieving 800% growth during his tenure.

Higgins is a 15 year advertising sales and marketing professional in both sports and digital media with American Express Publishing, American Media and STACK Media. Prior to American Media, he worked in both a sales and marketing capacity at STACK Media, the country’s largest high school sports media company. While at STACK, Steve was able to establish and garner new business partnerships with Gatorade, US Navy and Under Armour.
