American Fit has been named the official apparel sponsor of the ING Fall Forum, set for Nov. 10-12 at the charming Inn On The Lakes in Sebring, Fl.
The International Network of Golf will conduct this gathering of golf media and business executives for the purpose of networking, product introduction, information sharing, golf and general memory making. Anyone in the media and golf industry is invited to attend.
American Fit may be a new name in the Golf Apparel industry, but it is certainly not new to designing men’s and women’s golf apparel as it has long been associated with some of the most major of golf apparel brands as their private label manufacturer.
American Fit’s parent company, Valgroup International, has its headquarters in Santa Fe, Argentina and its production facilities in Lima, Peru, from where it has been producing high-end collections for apparel clients worldwide.
“We think ING is the perfect organization to partner with as we launch our own brand,” said Diego Levental, CEO of American Fit. “Now is the right time to launch our own brand as we have many distinctive designs and types of materials that we felt needed to be introduced to the golf apparel markets. Only a vertically positioned apparel company like ours could properly undertake bringing to the golf industry a new slant on the golf apparel business while at the same time providing PGA professionals personalized and very profitable collections to sell.”
One of the elements that sets apart American Fit apparel from its competitors is the fine Peruvian cotton used in some of its product portfolio and the wide selection of technical fibers used in it athletic designed apparel that is exclusive to the brand.
“Our parent company, Valgroup International, grew by providing full manufacturing services to other major golf brands,” said Esteban Solis, CFO at American Fit. “With a monthly capacity of 45,000 garments and exportation to destinations in the US, Canada, Paraguay, Chile and in our home country of Argentina, it has provided us with the depth of market experience like no other new golf apparel company.”
A unique element to the ING Fall Forum will be attendees’ participation in the Pro-Am for the annual Citrus Golf Trail Open, a Minor League Golf Tour event at Sun ‘N Lake Golf Club with a $20,000 first prize to the winning professional. The Sunday morning Pro-Am field will be limited to the first 30 ING attendees to register.
The remainder of the schedule will consist of more golf, a Marketing Seminar, product presentations and networking, plus some excellent dining.
Entry fee is $125 for working media, and $250 for business executives and golf company representatives.
Companies can also reserve a press conference slot, during which they will present information about their company and products to the attendees. Those are $600, or $850 as a complete conference package.
