Four more companies have joined the growing list of participating organizations in the 26th Annual ING Spring Conference May 22-26 at Zermatt Utah Resort in the Heber Valley region of Utah.
Anyone in the golf industry or media is invited to attend the conference, conducted by the non-profit International Network of Golf, where media and the golf industry connect. Industry executives from companies large and small, and from every segment of the industry, will join golf media of all types at this annual gathering. Call 407-328-0500 or visit www.inggolf.com for details.
Several new products will be launched at the ING Spring Conference. Golf equipment companies will be on hand to display products for testing by dozens of media members representing a combined audience of millions of golfers. There will also be educational sessions geared toward the conference theme, “Bridging Golf’s Generation Gap.”
The four new organizations participating in the conference in one form or another are:
Soulkix was founded on a passion for bringing together the uniqueness of art with the practicality of a product people use every day, shoes. SoulKix’s mission: “We are an innovative shoe team that encourages the quirky/ the weird/ the artistic/ the different/ the inspired/ the “off-beaten” soul to create their own path of shoe they wear.” SoulKix can put your logo on our comfortable and durable shoes, a new method to promote your golf course, events, products, tournaments and more. www.soulkix.com.
TK International, LLC has been in business since 2000, helping over 40 golf companies get distribution set up in Japan and other countries around the globe. The latest product line is GUMBEE GOLF, which helps with flexibility and the basic mechanics of the golf swing. This product is simple to use and understand, very effective, inexpensive, and small enough to put in your golf bag. This is the reason why over 600,000 units have been sold in Japan in a matter of 18 months. www.gumbeegolf.com.
KENTWOOL Company will provide a pair of golf socks to each participant in the conference. KENTWOOL socks are worn by dozens of PGA and LPGA Tour professionals, including Kevin Kisner, Ryan Moore, David Toms, Matt Kuchar, Ben Martin, Ryan Palmer and many other pros. Additionally over 100 Professional Tour caddies trust KENTWOOL to perform over a long and grueling season. www.kentwool.com.
Pukka will once again provide a golf hat to each conference attendee. Pukka has been a core supplier of headwear and other accessory products to specialty retail brands since 1992. Pukka’s 100 percent custom headwear program was born out of an understanding that independent shops and small brands deserve access to the same custom manufacturing quality and design capabilities traditionally available to only large brands. www.pukkainc.com.
Former LPGA Tour and current LPGA Legends Tour player Kris Tschetter will serve as the conference Emcee. Tschetter is the new Director of Community Relations for 18Birdies, a new integrated golf platform powering the next generation of golf technology. She will guide attendees through a full and exciting schedule of events. The schedule includes:
- The ever-popular One-On-One Appointment Show, where exhibitors will have pre-scheduled, 15-minute private meetings with media and attendees of their choice;
- The Demo Lab, where manufacturers will display their latest clubs and training aids for attendees to test first-hand;
- Educational seminars and workshops focused on the “Bridging Golf’s Generation Gap” theme;
- The WAGT National Qualifier. This individual stroke play net competition will be divided into five flights. Winners of those flights will earn complimentary entry and accommodations in the World Amateur Golfers Tour National Championship in September at Swan Lake Resort in Indiana.
